High Rise is open to all children regardless of any creed, ethnic, or cultural background. Our Montessori serves children from 2.8 to 6 years of age. Our Primary School serves children from 5.6 to 11 years.

Children at High Rise are divided into levels based on their age group. The student age bracket is determined based on their age at the beginning of the school term. Grouping is as follows:

Registration is compulsory prior to Admission. Advance registration for admission can be made at any time of the year at the school office.

It is the responsibility of the parents to collect all information about the test and fee   structure of the school prior to the registration.

Conditions of Registration

  • A non-refundable registration fee applies at the time of registration.
  • Registration does not guarantee admission.

Registration Completion

Registration fee may be submitted in the Admissions Office against a deposit of Rs. 1500/-. Completed forms are to be submitted within 7 business days, with the following documents attached:

  • Copy of child’s birth certificate
  • Copy of child’s B-form
  • 4 recent passport size photographs
  • Copy of latest previous school report card (if applicable)
  • Copy of both parents’ CNIC
  • Copy of Immunization record

Admission Procedure and Policy

After registration, parents are interviewed by a senior member of the School Board. The parents are obliged to observe decorum and decent behaviour while communicating with the school administration. Any use of threats / use of violence may result into disciplinary action which could be termination of admission by the school administration.


Admission will be according to the evaluation results, interview and availability of seats. The parents should be present at the time of test and interviews.

Assessment procedure

 High Rise Institute considers the following in determining a child’s school readiness

  • Entry assessment
  • Informal observations to assess development, literacy and numeracy, and academic, social

and emotional needs.

The evaluation papers and assessment of child will not be shared with the student/Parents/Guardian.

The school management reserves the right to accept or reject admission without assigning any reason.


Application Status

Upon review of interview and assessment results, applicants receive a reply within 2 working days.


Admission Granted

The relevant administrator will inform the parent(s) if the applicant has been granted admission. Parent(s) may then collect the fee bill from the Accounts office and deposit the amount in our designated bank. Once the fee is paid, the school office will give admission confirmation.


Admission Forms

The misrepresentation of facts and figures at the time of admission or at a later stage can lead to termination of admission.

Name and date of birth as written in the previous school leaving certificate/birth certificate shall remain final and will not be changed afterwards unless it is changed through a legal process.

It is mandatory to submit birth certificate on the prescribed form issued by the Register of the Municipal Corporation of the concerned place of birth for admission.

The Parents are obliged to disclose to the school administration information about any disease or ailment suffered by the child at the time of admission. The submission of a Fitness certificate from a registered Medical Practitioner is also mandatory at the time of admission.

The school management is entitled to terminate the admission of any child at its sole discretion.   All the decisions by the management of the school shall be accepted by the Parents and Guardians without any objection and shall not be questioned in any manner whatsoever.

The rules can be reviewed and revised as per the discretion of the school management.

Fee Discount Policy


Sibling discount is available to second child onwards of a family studying in the same school. An applicant sibling must have one or both parents in common. This discount is not available to family members outside the sibling relationship, such as stepbrothers/ sisters, cousins.

Note: sibling discount is not available to school staff.

Withdrawal & Security Refund Policy

If parents wish to voluntarily withdraw their child from the school due to any reason, a one-month notice in writing is required by the school or alternatively, a one-month fee must be paid to the school in lieu of the notice.

The Withdrawal Certificate will be issued after getting clearance from the school administration, school library, accounts and other concerning sections.

The security amount will be refunded within three months of the application being received. Any willful damage to school property, equipment will be deducted.

A security refunded will only be granted if:

  • The full term fee up until the term when the student leaves has been paid.
  • The security refund has been claimed within one year of withdrawal.
